how is taking something that wasn't originally yours from the lost and found bin stealing? somebody lost it, didn't come by to get it for months, remains there so now it becomes property of the bin, and i rolled up and found it, so now it becomes my property. isn't that the whole concept behind the lost and found? the bin as an organism doesn't want it, the school doesn't either, the person who left it there obviously doesn't want it, but i found some use for it, so what's the problem? doesn't everybody win here? damn it all i wanted was stuff to give people for christmas! |
